Subscription access & refunds
Subscription fees become due after your first successful match (accepted agreement) and grant 12-month platform access. The subscription is not a guarantee that a specific engagement will proceed to operational start — if either party later decides not to proceed, no automatic refund applies, and you can continue using the platform for future opportunities within your active subscription period. Refunds, credits, or adjustments are reserved for exceptional, admin-confirmed cases such as platform error, invalid or duplicate matches caused by a system issue, or confirmed fraud.
